There are THREE options for pick-up, so select your preferred date for the third Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of every month at the ELAM home kitchen. You'll receive an email reminder on the Sunday before each pickup week. There may be the occasional change to the pick-up schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, but you'll be informed the week before any such adjustment!
The Winter/Spring Bread schedule includes:
January: Whole Wheat Sourdough (January 17/18/19)
February: Chocolate Chip Sourdough (February 14/15/16)
March: Light Rye Sourdough ~ with or without caraway seeds (March 13/14/15)
April: Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Sourdough (April 18/19/20)
