I'm delighted to present handmade, artisan bagels in four varieties: Plain, Everything (featuring sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and sea salt), Salt (topped with crunchy and addictive pretzel salt), and Cinnamon Raisin. There's also a new Variety Pack with two each of Plain, Everything and Salt flavors.
Bagels are about 3" across and come six to an order. They freeze well for up to a month, although ours rarely last more than a day. I'm sure I don't need to tell you that they are terrific with cream cheese, as the base for the ultimate bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, or as the perfect accompaniment to lox.
Order before Tuesday for delivery on Thursday that week.
Ingredients: Meadowlark Organics Bolted bread flour, Meadowlark Organics whole-meal rye flour, all-purpose flour, kosher salt, white sugar, malt powder, honey, water.
