Originally introduced in March in honor of St. Patrick's Day, this loaf has quickly become an ELAM favorite flavor! This light, fragrant loaf (with or without caraway seeds) is the perfect accompaniment to any dinner, but it's especially great with an Easter ham and it makes heavenly sandwiches with the leftovers. This variety is my mom's favorite, and she's never wrong (she made me write that). Choose from varieties WITH or WITHOUT caraway seeds.
