This unique loaf is bright and zingy, with just a touch of salty Parmesan. I was looking for a way to use up an accidental triple-order of lemons, and the result is this delicious, summery loaf. I have enjoyed it with butter, as always, but its hearty structure (due to a touch of Meadowlark Organics whole wheat bolted bread flour) makes it the perfect vehicle for whipped ricotta or cream cheese with a touch of honey. I hope you enjoy this new flavor as much as we are, however you like to top it.
