One summer I worked on creating a special sandwich bread in honor of our special school, Ravenswood Elementary. This sourdough loaf is made with a blend of white whole wheat and white flour for a soft and delicious bread that makes terrific sandwiches (great for the lunchbox!) and morning toast before dashing off to the playground before school.
