Sourdough Focaccia with Herbed Tomatoes is one of the most delicious things I bake regularly for friends and family. A long-standing staple made for my bread baking classes, this focaccia is rich and savory, soft and fluffy inside, crisp outside with just a touch of Maldon sea salt on top. It is also topped with tomatoes that have been marinated in olive oil and Italian herbs, this bread measures about 9" x 13" and is perfect at room temperature, or slightly warmed in the oven. Makes the perfect accompaniment for a pasta dinner, or with a big salad at lunch. 

Order by any Tuesday for Thursday delivery that week (until June 20)

Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, rye flour, italian herbs, olive oil, water, kosher salt, Maldon sea salt.
